Terms of Service

1. Purpose of the Service

Solar Signals provides automated TradingView strategies through invite-only scripts. Subscription grants access to strategies, updates, support and broker connection instructions. Solar Signals does not provide investment advice or regulated services.

2. No Financial Advice

Nothing on this website or in communications constitutes investment advice. Users remain fully responsible for their trading decisions.

3. Risks & Performance

Trading involves risk, including total loss of capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Solar Signals cannot be held liable for losses, broker issues, or misconfiguration.

4. Access to Strategies

Access is provided via TradingView invite-only scripts. Availability and integration may depend on TradingView or the broker.

5. Subscription & Billing

Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancellation is done via the Stripe Customer Portal. No retroactive refunds except for technical errors caused by Solar Signals.

6. Intellectual Property

All strategies, logic, branding and content are protected. Redistribution or code extraction is prohibited.

7. User Obligations

Users must not share access, reverse-engineer, resell strategies, or use them commercially without consent.

8. Applicable Law

Governed by French law. Disputes will be handled by French courts.

Privacy Policy

1. Data Collected

Email, TradingView username, optional name, payment data via Stripe, logs and support messages. No banking data is stored.

2. Purpose

Data is used to manage subscriptions, grant access, send service-related emails and provide support.

3. Cookies

Only necessary cookies. No tracking or advertising cookies.

4. GDPR Rights

Access, rectification, deletion, portability, objection. Contact: contact@solarsignals.tech

5. Data Retention

Data is kept during subscription + up to 24 months after termination.
